Administrator From the Director... Here at Outreach Christian Fellowship we are blessed to be able to work with so many Missionary families serving around the world. If you click on the name of the missionary you will find a monthly update from most of them. Some of the missionaries work in sensitive areas and we do not publish information about them or their ministry at their request due to the fact that it might hinder the work. The ministry of Outreach Christian Fellowship is unique in that it is not denominational but solidly evangelical in doctrine and practice. We do not ordain or commission missionaries. We believe that to be the ministry of the local church that sends them forth. For that reason the missionary can retain his or her individual church affiliation. Most churches are not set up to handle individual missionary accounts. Thats where we come in. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that handles the finances for the individual missionary and prints news letters where that service is needed. Other services can be provided when needed. We are regularly adding new missionaries. If you need more information or a preliminary application it can be found on this Web Page.

UPDATE

I just recently returned from a seven day outreach to Haiti. I had been to Haiti many times in the past but I had not been there since the earthquake January 12. I was not prepared for what I saw and experienced. It is estimated by the local people of Haiti that 90 percent of the buildings in Haiti are totally destroyed or beyond repair. That includes houses and commercial buildings. The population of Haiti is about seven million. Half of those were located in Port-au-Prince. The down town area is totally destroyed including the government palace. Little has been done at this point to move the ruins. As many as 300 thousand people have already been buried in mass graves. It is believed that there may be that many more beneath the ruins that have not yet been moved.  Tens of thousands are living in small tents. There is little electricity or water. Food is scarce.

Many church buildings, schools, orphanages and medical clinics were destroyed. They are doing what they can to bring the people together and keep their schools open. What a challenge. I ministered in two churches and they were full. The people came together with joy as they entered into praise and worship. The services were about three hours long. So in the midst of great need there is revival taking place. There were two nurses that accompanied me. They conducted three medical clinics for the people. What a blessing it was to help the people.

If you would like to have a part in Haiti relief you can send your offering to Outreach Christian Fellowship. It will be personally delivered so as to get into the proper hands.
